Video Influences

Many music videos that are already available, have aspects that will influence ours.
The original Paramore "Brick by boring brick" video uses genre conventions that we could incorporate into our own project. We really like the fairytale aspect used in this video and want to somehow use and develop this idea.



Inspiration could also be taken from "The Killers- Human" which shows a deserted scene that looks really effective in relation to the song choice which is fairly upbeat. The lead singer is the main focus throughout the video which helps us build our ideas.



The loneliness of a character is portrayed in "Natasha Bedingfield- Soulmate" as a lot of meet shots are shown, a sad character which fits with the lyrics. Our lead role could take inspiration from the acting done by a singer in this video.
